Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo
I agree with everyone: the mayo/garlic spread makes this sandwich! Definitely going in my staple of recipes. My changes were only made because of what I had at hand: red bell peppers instead of green, shredded cheddar instead of shredded mozz, and italian seasoning instead of oregano. But let me tell you, it was STILL delicious! Will make this again and again! And honestly, it DOES taste like a restaurant quality sandwich!

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
Delicious baked chicken recipe! Straight forward with really great results! The chicken was perfectly cooked - moist and fork tender! NOTE: I only had italian bread crumbs and dried herbs available, but it worked out great! I cut down the the dried herbs to a teaspoon each. I did what previous reviewers suggested and poured the butter/garlic mixture into the baking dish, as well. The only thing is that I would probably change out the bread crumb to parmesan cheese ration (I personally would have enjoyed more cheese vs. bread crumbs), but other than that, it was still very tasty and I will be making it again!

Butterscotch Cookie Bars
This was a really easy recipe - and it was really good! It really is a 'throw-in-whatever-you-have' type recipe and I added chocolate chips and crushed pecans and it was delicious. I took previous reviewers' advice and cut the brown sugar in HALF, and it was perfect! TIPS: When melting butterscotch: Someone said they chucked it because it was curdled - don't chuck it! Just keep melting and stirring! It won't be smooth the way chocolate chips are when you melt them in the microwave. The butterscotch may look grainy, but don't worry, just keep stirring and melting in 30 second intervals. Once you mix in the eggs and vanilla extract, it'll become smooth and shiny. You'll be fine and you won't regret it!
