Layered Egg Noodle Bake

Tasty recipe that smelled great while baking. I omitted the green pepper and didn't think it compromised the taste. I sauteed onion, mushrooms and garlic while browning the ground beef instead of before as directed. I cut the recipe in half and it was the right size for dinner with some leftovers. Everyone in my family ate this up, including my 3 year old and 9 month old. Will make this one again.

Chicken Broccoli Ca - Unieng's Style

I didn't really care for the recipe but my husband liked it, and we both thought it had way too much black pepper. I'll probably try it again, but put about 1/4 of the pepper in it. Also, more soy sauce at the end helped a lot.

Carol's Chicken Salad

Delicious. Omitted the swiss and the grapes and added 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces. All my guests requested the recipe. Used my Pampered Chef food chopper and prep time was much faster.

Frog Eye Salad

I have made this recipe numerous times (minus the coconut). I use a 12oz. carton of "lite" whipped topping, and also use the drained juice from the pineapple to avoid having to buy it. This recipe does make a lot so I usually cut it in half, although it is so yummy that a whole batch would get eaten in no time!

Buttermilk White Bread

Chocolate Delight

I love making this recipe with Kaluha and using the crushed toffee bar on top. (I make the cake the day before and let the Kaluha soak into it overnight in the fridge) Everyone loves this recipe! Not good as a left over dessert, as the pudding begins to separate.
