This was tasty. I used chicken stock and parm cheese as suggested by others. The 1st night, we had it warm as is. I put the leftovers in the fridge overnight and planned to have it fried the 2nd night. I sliced it from the loaf pan and tried to fry it but it seemed to melt down and fall apart. I was never able to flip it. So I ended up scooping most of it out of the oil and we still had some crispy bits which were tasty but I think the basic polenta needs to be thicker in order to be able to fry it. I will try again next time by adding some more corn meal to the pot so it firms up more. Thanks for the recipe!

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

Cracker Pork Chops

Triple-Cheese Macaroni

Wonderful. The only thing I did was cut the mustard in half but we could still taste it. A hint was perfect. Also, I accidentally (should have read the recipe closer, lol) added a whole 16 oz block of velveeta but it was a bit too much so I will add just the 8oz. next time.

Barbecue Beef for Sandwiches

I used one roast that was about 2.5-3lbs and the sauce was just enough. I cooked the roast in the crock pot all day with beef bouillon, onion and garlic powders which gave the meat some flavor. Then I took it out and shredded it and then made the sauce. I also used a ladle of the broth from the meat in the sauce. And I did add some Jack Daniels original BBQ sauce as well to increase the barbecue flavor and it was so good. My husband and I couldn't eat enough of it. It was challenging to leave some for dinner the next night! I will make this very often!

Mrs. Strong's Casserole

This was kind of like hamburger helper but much better and definitely healthier since there are no preservatives! I will definitely make this again. My husband thought it could use a bit more sauce so I might increase that a bit next time.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

delicious! I doubled the recipe but didn't double the breadcrumbs or the cornstarch. I ran out of brown sugar and had to use white sugar. But other than those issues, I will definitely make again!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

This was awesome. I basted once and then when the roast was done, I let it sit covered with foil for about 10 minutes. Then I sliced the roast and let the slices sit in the sauce for another 10 minutes while I mashed the sweet potatoes I served with it. Delicious!

Ricotta Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli

This was very tasty. The only thing I added was extra parmesan cheese. It tasted even better the second day! My husband loved it and my 18 month old son asked for seconds!

Sour Cream Enchiladas

I cooked the chicken with some salt and onion powder to flavor it up a bit. I also didn't put the green chiles in since I thought it might be too spicy for my 18 month old son. So I added about 1/2 cup of taco sauce to the sauce mixture. I also doubled the sour cream to make more sauce. It turned out great!! We all loved it and will definitely be making it again.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Very Easy Shrimp Dip

I like to mix the cream cheese with some cocktail sauce first, then layer a little more sauce, then put the shrimp on the top and serve with crackers. Mixing the cream cheese with some cocktail sauce first makes it easier to dip the crackers into it. I always make this dip for parties and it is always gone! Yummy!

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

They were ok. Kind of boring but my husband really enjoyed them. He loves pork chops no matter how they are prepared. If I make them again, I'll have to add more seasoning to them.
