My cooking tragedies

Nearly every time I cook, something goes wrong- something gets overcooked, the wrong amount is added, I'm out of an ingredient, I spill something.

Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were soft, and had an odd flavor, but I liked the odd flavor. They were definitely different, but nothing really special.

Sweet Corn Cake

This is better than the "Sweet Corn Tomalito" recipe on this site! I used 1/2 cup sugar, but it would have been great as written. Awesome recipe!

Golden Yam Brownies

DELICIOUS straight from the oven, and when warmed up in the microwave. Not as good cold.
