Ginger Scallops

This was very good! My hubby loved it! We are on vacation and have been eating out a lot so I decided to cook dinner since we are in a well stocked condo. We love scallops so gave it a try. Pretty easy except I didn't have a way to mince the ginger root. Did the best I could and turned out fine. The only things I did different was to cook the scallops separate. Also after reading reviews I add the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Next time I don't think I will add it. Severed over angel hair pasta with sautéed green beans! Yummy

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Really enjoyed this! Made as recipe called only adding sauté onions and mushrooms on top of the burgers. Also took advise of another review and cut a potato up and placed on bottom of crock pot to absorb the grease! Worked great! Thanks for sharing! The gravy did taste salty before I cooked it but was fine after cooking

Pumpkin Apple Cobbler

Really enjoyed this! Made Pumpkin Butter from a site on here. Had another couple over for dinner and cards and served it. They loved it so much I sent some home with them for breakfast! Thanks for sharing!

Zucchini 'Noodles'

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

I have made a similar recipes for years. Use to make over 100 of them to give as christmas gifts. Suggestions: spray cookie sheet with pam cover with wax paper. Add cake. When cake is done flip it out onto a t-towel that has been covered with sifted powered sugar. Roll. Place in refrig for at least one hour. Unroll, add filling and roll up. Shoud have no problem with them sticking! Have fun!

Chicken Zucchini Bake

We love this recipe. Have made it several times in the past month. For some reason I doubled the egg mixture the first time I made it so I still do that. I also have added mushrooms. But the recipe as written is great! Very much a keeper!

Special Lobster Bisque

Very good. I did use crab instead of Lobster and my husband wanted me to add corn. It was great! Everyone loved it and my husband said it was better the next day!

Tortellini Soup I

I have been making this soup for several years now. It is great. Everyone loves it. Even have used it at catering jobs. We have it on Christmas Eve every year. Sometimes I leave the Tortellini on the side so it is less carbs.

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

This was great. My husband said it was like eating candy. I did add green and red peppers because I had a frozen mix with onions. I didn't have any tomato sauce but had tomato paste so I add water to the paste. I also used Splendia brown sugar. It was great. Thanks for the recipe.

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

NEVER HAD FISH TACOS UNTIL I WENT TO ALASKA IN JULY. CAN'T EAT ENOUGH OF THEM NOW. I MADE THIS RECIPE THE OTHER NIGHT AND MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED IT. I HATE WHEN PEOPLE CHANGE THE RECIPE THE FIRST TIME, BUT I DID A LITTLE. I USED SPLENDIA BROWN SUGAR INSTEAD OF HONEY BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE ANY HONEY. I ALSO COATED MY FISH WITH MCCORMICKS CRUSTING BLENDS (FOUND IN THE SPICE SECTION) FRIED THE FISH IN A LITTLE BIT OF CANOLA OIL. IT TURNED OUT GREAT. I AM ALREADY MAKING AGAIN TODAY FOR MY SON AND HIS WIFE. THANKS FOR SHARING!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

I have made these several times now. Everyone loved them. I also did away with the Shish Kabobs and just marinaded chicken (thighs or breast) and cooked on the George Forman. Turned out great. I also have gone on a low carb diet, so I elimated the honey and used splendia brown sugar. Turned out wonderful. Will use this recipe again and again. Thanks

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
