Candied Yams

I've been using this recipe for funeral luncheons lately - so easy & quick. I use 29 oz of sweet potatoes plus a small can. DELISH!

Best Tuna Casserole

This is my FAVORITE tuna noodle casserole. I usually omit the mushrooms, as my husband doesn't like them, and instead of crushed potato chips I use French's fried onions on top instead - it's SOOOO good!

Baked Beef Stew

DELICIOUS! I used canned whole tomatoes because that's what I had, and eliminated the celery and bread. I added some beef broth & baked it for about 3 hours. So tender & yummy tasting!
