I love the flavors in this and I make it all the time! Per directions it is really more soup than chili. Since I prefer it to be more chili than soup, I smash 2 cans of the white beans with a potato masher first and I add one can of cream of chicken soup. Thank you for the recipe!

Italian Sausage Soup

This soup was amazing. Like other reviewers, this isn't something I would normally make, but it will now be a staple. Instead of using beef broth I used left over pan drippings and juice from a prime rib roast I had made. Unbelievable. My hubby declared it the best soup he had ever had. It was that good.

Garlic Prime Rib

I used this recipe for our Christmas Eve dinner. It IS incredible. My only change was to cut little pockets into the fat and insert garlic cloves, instead of adding it to the marinade. My roast was 6 1/2lbs and was not done in the amount of time called for here. Another half an hour turned up to 375 at the end had it done perfectly medium rare. Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy OREO Truffles

These were crazy good. I used 60% bittersweet chocolate on half and semi-sweet on the other half. People seemed to favor the bittersweet. Also, rolling them with forks did not work for me. I ended up just using my hands and got far prettier results.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

This is a really solid French Onion soup. I was out of sherry and it is still excellent. The best part is it couldn't be more simple! Definitely carmelize the onions. I had provolone on hand and it turned out really well. Delish!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I've made A LOT of different recipes for pulled pork. This recipe is so simple but it is really the best I've had. I didn't change a thing and it was fantastic. We do the South Beach Diet so I found the lowest sugar BBQ sauce I could (which happened to be Famous Daves) and served it on a whole wheat bun. Thanks for this great recipe!

White Chocolate Fruit Tart

This may be my favorite thing I have ever eaten! I served it on Father's Day and two people thought I bought it and everyone asked for the recipe! I made the crust and the filling the night before and refridgerated both separately. When I was ready to put it together I let the filling sit out for a little bit to soften. Turned out perfectly!

Chipotle Sauce

My husband and I love pulled chipotle chicken from Costco. They aren't carrying it right now, so we used this sauce on chicken with rice and beans- it was awesome! Thanks for the tasty, simple recipe!
