Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Delicious! I made this tonight in 20 minutes and my husband LOVED it. I used white wine and I found that it was more flavorful then the broth. I also used fetuccini noodles instead of rice - I will def. make this again.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Yum! I have made this recipe twice and both times have not been disappointed. I find the cake stays moist for days and it's really flavorful even after a few days. I make this recipe with the chocolate ganache recipe on this site. DELISH!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Fantastic recipe! Like a previous poster suggested, I blended the sauce in the bullet and poured directly on the pasta. I also used 2 chopped up tomatoes instead of the can of Italian tomatoes and it still turned out great. I used this sauce over gnocchi and wow, what a meal!

Mushroom Risotto

Yum! I made this tonight and it was fabulous. I used regular long grain rice, and a little less than 4 cups of broth. It was really creamy, flavorful and my husband told me to save it in my recipe box! lol

Honey Garlic Ribs

Delish! I boiled the ribs for a good hour before putting the sauce on them and baking for 30 minutes. They were so good, next time I will double the sauce recipe and use it for a marinade for other meats. Will absolutely make again!

Traditional White Bread

Really good bread - not too sweet and puffs up nicely. I usually make 1 bread loaf and rolls with the other half of the dough. I have also experimented with garlic butter and parmigiana in the middle and it was also excellent. Yum-o!
