Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Leek and Coconut Milk Soup
This was so delicious! Will be making this again for sure! I did use butternut squash instead of pumpkin just because that is what I had, but I will try it with pumpkin!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
Made this tonight but instead of chicken we used sole. I did everything this recipe said to do to the chicken to the sole. Worked out great and soo tasty! Loved the cream sauce. Will try making this the way it was suppose to be... with chicken!
