Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I think this recipe is a great start, but I felt it was way to buttery for me. Maybe next time I will half the butter and flour and add some potato flakes to compensate for the flour.

Japanese Chicken Wings

The flavor in this dish is outstanding. My wife is Japanese and she loved these! For those who want a crispy wing, the method of cooking is not quite the way to go. Next time I think I will not use egg, make sure to shake off the access flour and use EVOO to fry them. The wings were a little "floury" and not very crisp. I might use a little less sugar next time too. But as-is, this recipe really is fantastic! Play with it and make it your own!
