It turned out perfect! I love the "melt-in-your-mouth" texture and my colleagues thought I bought them from stores. Agree with the other reviewer that its not really spiced though, can consider adding more spice to it. I added All Spice and a little bit of cinnamon and it tastes great!

Strawberry Cobbler I

I love the aroma of fresh strawberries especially when it's baking in the oven, just that I think water should be cut down as it turns out a little runny and it wasn't sweet enough.

Grape Pear Crisp

This is awesome! And true enough the combination of grapes and pear gives it a red wine taste. I think it tasted better left over night in the fridge and reheated in a microwave. Thanks for the great recipe!

Carob Cake And Frosting

This is an aswesome recipe! My family and friends didn't know its not chocolate at all! The cake is moist and it tastes so good with the carob icing, honey gives it a special aroma and I'm a honey lover! Its easy to make and definitely a great treat! One thing to note is to serve is warmed, never cold as it'll dry up. Thanks for the great recipe!
