Old Fashioned Strawberry Pie

Very good pie. My husband never liked cooked fruit, but he loves this! I used a little under 1 cup of sugar and added 2 T. cornstarch.

Southwest Corn Spread

I love this recipe! I recently made this for my sister, a vegetarian, and her children. I just added two cream of mushroom soups and served the chicken on the side. Her family loved it. Tastes great in flour tortillas or with tortilla chips.

Asparagus Ham Dinner

Tastes great, quick and easy to prepare! Next time I'll add the seasonings before the pasta because the cayenne pepper got caught in the spirals of some of the pasta.
