Minnesota Wild Rice Dressing

I have made this stuffing for the past 3 years. It's quick and easy - and Gluten Free. I plan to halve the recipe this year and attempt a GF bread stuffing also.

Corn Tortilla Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
It's Gluten Free! I made this 2 days ahead for a family birthday brunch. Just warmed it in the oven while i waited for the egg casserole to set. The adults - and kids - loved it. Unfortunately, there were no leftovers.

Cocktail Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
I love this recipe - easy and delicious. I use a 32oz bag of farm rich frozen meatballs and bake them in a pan w/rack for 30min at 400. Cook the sauce on the stove (double the sauce recipe for a 32oz bag of meatballs). Then the meatballs and sauce go in the crockpot. Sometimes I throw in a small bag of lil smokies in the with meatballs and sauce.

Detroit Hot Honey Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
My family and friends love this recipe! I bake the wings for 30-40min at 375 and then marinade the wings overnight in the sauce (i omit the cayenne - too hot for the kids - and would add minced garlic instead). The next day - I bake them again for 10-15 min. They come out nice and crispy - not as crisp as deep frying but a little more healthy.

BBQ Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
i added garlic powder, seasoned salt and a southwest seasoning with only 1/2 cup bbq sauce. then i topped it with cornbread - make sure it's a relatively thin layer or (like mine) the bottom of the cornbread will still be uncooked. overall - a very good recipe. the whole family enjoyed it.

Octoberfest German Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
our family and friends loves this recipe. i sprinkle a little cider vinegar on the onions and potatoes while still hot (it seems to infuse a bit more vinegar taste) and add chopped celery. i reduce the vinegar in the dressing a bit since i already added some to the potatoes. this ones a keeper.

we usually grill asparagus - and then the kids wont eat it because it's "burned". this is quick, easy and tasty. we love it!

Awesome brownies. Great caramel flavor and chewy texture. We are gluten free and this recipe was great made w/a GF baking mixture. Great for kids and adults. We plan to bake this often!
