I could settle w/ just a one word review, and without a doubt that review would be: AMAZING! Like some that reviewed this before me, I too used 1 can of golden mushroom soup, 1 can of regular soup, and the powdered onion soup mix. I did however stray slightly and used a can of beef broth as well, so that I could have a good gravy. I added in potatoes, carrots, crushed garlic, and sliced onions when I put the roast on to slow cook. I put it in the crockpot, on low for 10 hours, and about 8 hours into the cooking I added two capfuls of "Gravy Master" to darken the gravy and flavor it up slightly. I served it with garlic mashed potatoes and sourdough bread and it was WONDERFUL. I made it on a Sunday, and my Wednesday they were asking me to make it again. Definitely FIVE STARS!
