Eva's Savory Turkey Legs

12/09-The filling was great although I would prefer it without walnuts. The turkey legs were tough; I ended up using them to make turkey soup.

Ricotta Cheese Pancakes

I am also a diabetic and make a similar recipe only I use cottage cheese in place of the ricotta. With very little flour my blood sugar stays under control.

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Very good but I would remove the potatoes and chops when done and thicken the gravy the next time I do this.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This was good. It's a good idea to put the juice in a small pot at the end and to thicken it to serve over noodles. I served the 2nd tenderloin sliced and reheated in the left-over gravy and it was still good 2 days later.

Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad

I used 1 lb. bag of smaller frozen shrimp thawing them and patting dry with paper towels. I used 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 sour cream, and 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning. I added a little too much salt so will go light on that next time. We loved this recipe.
