Sweet Potato Casserole II

I made this for the first time for Thanksgiving 2006 and the family loved it. My 5 year old granddaughter talks about to this day........always asking if I will make it again. It's easy and good.........almost like a dessert!

Beef Burgundy III

This was a GREAT recipe. I am making it today for the second time in 2 weeks..........this time for family and friends. I followed other reviewers suggestions and doubled the burgundy wine and cooked it for at least twice as long as the original recipe says. It is a keeper!

New England Dinner

Too much for a 9 x13 pan. The potatoes were not cooked even after an hour. Some of the cabbage was burned on the top but that was okay. Very bland tasting. We won't use this one again.

Oh-So-Good Chicken
