Kashmiri Lamb
I have tried hundreds of different curry recipes, and I have to say that this is one of the very best, if not the VERY best. This is an AMAZING recipe! I discovered it a few weeks ago and have already made it a dozen times. I never thought I would be able to duplicate the flavor of restaurant style dishes, but this one is definitely very close! Absolutely delicious!

Baked Dijon Salmon
I've been using this recipe for years. It was the first recipe I saved on All Recipes. I use it so often, especially for company, that it became a joke with my friends and family! Everyone I've fed this recipe too has absolutely loved it. No changes. No substitutions. This recipe is perfectly balanced and delicious. My only tip is to not overcook the salmon. I prefer my salmon medium rare, and having the inside only barely cooked makes the dish even more divine. Thanks, Esmee! Your recipe has made me a star!

Mediterranean Barley Salad
Absolutely loved it! I was looking for a basic barley salad recipe to work from. I used fresh basil instead of cilantro, substituted pitted Kalamata olives for canned black olives, and also added toasted pine nuts and cherry tomatoes. I will definitely make this again! Tips: (1) Be sure to use good quality balsamic; (2) I rehydrated the sun-dried tomatoes in a small amount of hot water for 10 minutes for smoother blending, using the liquid also.
