Crispy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
I am a pretty novice cook, but I followed the recipe as stated, doubled the sauce, and my husband and kids devoured this! Meat was not very crispy but still tasted great.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
like others just used butter instead of shortening, everything else was kept the same. Amazing!!! I have made muffins, mini muffins, and loaves, all have turned out great. I do use mini chocolate chips. Made for a playgroup, and moms and the kiddos ate every last muffin! Thank for sharing this recipe.

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
made these just as stated but did make 12 with ham and 12 with turkey. I sliced the tops of rolls off like others suggested, to make them all at once, much easier that doing them individually. Also I put each batch (12 rolls) in an 8x8 pan to bake, and this kept the topping from sliding off. They were a hit, from my 2 year old to my grandparents!

Comforting Cube Steaks

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
I thought we had lemon lime soda, but we were out, so I left it out of the recipe. It was still great!! My hubby and 3 year old gobbled it up, we all really liked the kick the cajun seasoning added. We will make again, but I will use the soda to help tenderize the meat-thanks!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2008
like other reviewers, used beef broth and doubled the italian dressing packets. This was a huge hit for a large family dinner! Made it again for our superbowl party and everyone loved it! Also served with jarred red and green pepper slices. I used 2 roasts for the party and there was none left over. Thanks for this recipe!
