This was very impressive. It was a little too spicy for the kids, but will definetly make this again. I'm not even sure I would reduce the amount of creole seasonings, because my husband and I loved it as is. This make a lot of food. We froze half the recipe for later, (Hopefully it will freeze well) and we ate several meals all week from the other half.

This was very bland and watery. I am not sure if I will try this recipe again or not using some of the suggestions from the other reviews. Right now I have lost my taste for it.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

This was so easy, and my whole family loved it. Instead of ground beef, we used ground turkey. It still tasted fabulous. I will make this again and again. Thanks!

Dad's Pan-Fried Green Beans

This recipe is similar to how I make my own green beens, however, this is my new and improved recipe! These green beans are outstanding. My husband thought they were as good as the kind you would get in a restraurant.

Cinnamon Corn

I followed other reviewers advice, and I didn't add the sugar at the end. I only added the cinnamon. This was a little sweet for my taste. My husband loved it though. I may make this again, just not sure it will be right away.

House Fried Rice

I love this recipe, but my step son gave it 4 stars. He is half Chinese. He is an extremely picky eater, and he is a fanatic about fried rice. He is the reason I am in search of a great fried rice recipe. He loves Bennihana's fried rice, so it's difficult to find anything that compares. Even the copy cat Bennihana Fried rice I found on another website isn't "quite right" according to him. He says this recipe "is the closest to the best". I'm still looking for the "best". In the meantime...this fried rice recipe is my favorite, and it's the one I'm using.

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

I enjoyed this recipe. You taught me something! I like the idea of adding frozen hashbrowns instead of peeling and cutting potatoes. It is just as good and a whole lot less work.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This is the best meatloaf I have ever had. My husband and kids agree. The day after we tried this recipe, I told my mom about it. She looked it up on the internet and made it the same day. She has made it twice over a 2 week period. The second time was at my dad's request! Great recipe! Thank you so much!
