Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These turned out great! They look perfect and they didn't spread at all which was nice. The only small complaint I had was they were very sweet! Maybe it could have used a little salt? Still a big hit though. They hit the spot.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

Yum! It was even better the next day. I would recommend refrigerating overnight before serving. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it was a tiny bit too spongy for me, but excellent still.

Barbecue Ribs

This was excellent! The sauce was amazing and the ribs turned out great. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the ribs weren't pull apart tender, so next time I think I will cook them lower and slower. I will definitely try again!

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

I have made these several times and they are a hit with my family. I usually double the blueberries, because it is a great way for my kids to have fruit! They aare VERY moist and spoil easily, so eat the within one day or refrigerate.

The Best Red Enchilada Sauce

This was so good and surprisingly easy! I soaked the chilis while I was putting my kids to bed and came back and finished the rest. My family LOVED it! Definitely will make this again.

Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

This recipe is awesome! I didn't have fresh dill, so I used 1/4 of a dill pickle which worked well. I blended everything int he blender so it was very smooth... I think next time I might use more buttermilk and less mayo, since I like it more runny. Otherwise an excellent recipe! Better than the packets you get at the store.
