My Hubby/muse and me...
About this Cook
I love to cook food that is amazing tasting, and different from the ordinary. I rarely cook the same thing twice, even when phenominal...just due to the fact that I am always going for variety.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook mostly beef, chicken, pork, and fish...each paired with an appropriate veggie. No matter what I am making, I have come to learn how to use seasoning properly to bring out the best of each.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I take the best from each, I love how every culture has a dish that will blow your mind.
My cooking triumphs
I love when I make up my own recipe, on the fly, and it comes out amazing. I also like that I can make a recipe right, the first time now.
My cooking tragedies
Oh, that isn't fair. Every great chef has great tragedies too, its all about experience.

Ricardo's Pizza Crust
We use this recipe every time we make pizza. I bake it at 400 for 15 minutes to keep the crust on the softer side. Also, I butter the edges of the pizza after it comes out of the oven as it cools, to make it look and taste even better!

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
This was really easy and really authentic tasting. I used beef chuck 7 bone pot roast due to a good deal at the market. It came out great. I would double the sauce next time though.

Mexican Baked Fish
Really easy and good. I had to use salmon due to my husbands fish allergy (he can only eat some fish). It still tasted great. I served it with wild rice and veggies.
