Apple Cider Biscuits

These were very good and very fast. We had them for breakfast and the kids loved them. A nice twist to plain biscuits.

This was absolutely the best. We live in Russia and can't get eggnog here. This tasted just like eggnog from 'home'. I really like the fact that the eggs are cooked. This is best prepared the night before, by the next day, it is completely chilled and has an eggnog flavor rather than an eggy flavor. 5 stars

Kettle Corn

This was great! Very easy very very tasty and way too addictive. It will be hard to eat plain popcorn again. I did take the advice in previous comments and added the sugar on top of the popcorn, but I had no problems. I added no stick spray first, since my pot has an enamel finish.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

These are definitely melt in your mouth. They were just what I remembered. One thing to keep in mind. They move off the pan easier when they are almost to completely cool. they tend to fall apart if moved before cool.

Scalloped Potatoes II

These were absolutely fantastic. I added a bit of seasoning as suggested and they came out terrific. My picky daughter loved them! The potatoes thicken nicely if left to sit for a few minutes. 5 stars and a definite keeper. kate

These are great. This has become the standard recipe that I use. I have increased the baking powder though and cut back on the sugar. Absolutely perfect!

Children's Gingerbread House

This was great. We had a lot of fun decorating the house. The gingerbread walls were very firm. Next time I am going to create my own design, but the instructions given make a very good "first" house. Thanks a bunch! Kate
