My daughter loved these! I was out of veg oil so I used EVOO and they turned out great, and a lot more heart healthy too :)

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Just as an FYI- I have been making this recipe for AGES, but it's perfectly fine to use 1/2 and 1/2 or Fat Free 1/2 and 1/2, though the FF is a little sweet for the recipe. I often use a little of each. One of my hubbys fav recipes.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
This was really good and simple! My non cooking husband made it tonight(with a little help)! We used 2 cans of diced tomatoes, drained, and dried basil, since the nearest grocery store is 25 mi away and we didnt have fresh. It was still excellent. Served with Jo's Rosemary Bread from this site and it made the meal! Thanks for a great recipe!

Veggie Corn Dogs

Awesome. My 5 year old loved them, and had fun making them! Only difference is we used 1/2 beef 1/2 venison hotdogs that we make. And took someones advice and rolled them in cornmeal. Very good!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
This recipe was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I am new to using a bread machine.. and my first 4 loaves were a flop-rock hard and just a generally bad texture. This is exactly like my grandma used to make, just lots less work! The only adjustment I made was I used 1 1/2 c bread flour and 1 1/2 c regular all purpose, along with 1.5 tsp salt. PERFECT! Thank you for the recipe!
