Limeade

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
oh my goodness!!! really great! I made some changes though.... used 6 limes(about 3 medium sized and 3 smaller), and alittle less than 1/2 cup sugar. I like mine tart. Turned out just like I wanted it to! I hate to drink water and now I found something I can do to use limes!! Thanks!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
these were something else! Everything turned out great and the brownies are even better the next day! couple of things: One, after adding the zucchini to the mix, let it sit for a minute. Second, if you really want to hide the zucchini, I chopped mine VERY fine. No one knew there was anything healthy about the brownies until I told them!!!

Playgroup Granola Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
just made them..... took advice from other reviews and used 1/3 cup brown sugar, and sub. applesauce for oil and nixed honey and just put some more applesauce in. then took raisins out and added dark chco chips and dried cranberries!cooked for 20 mins in my oven. They are dense( which I like), and not very sweet since I took the honey out(on accident...) so I think I will drizzle some on top! The choc chips and cranberries add the needed sweetness though! Will make again! Next time, who nows what I will do!!

Broccoli Cheese Soup III

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
I had to alter it a little but the resultd were AMAZING!!! ok, I added shredded carrots, chopped onion and cubed ham. Then, had only one can of cream of celery, so used that and a can of cream of potato. Then nixxed corn starch and water. Used nonfat milk. Four cheese blend = really yummy! If it is too watery for you, you can add some mash potato mix to thicken to your liking! Happy cooking! Thanks for the WONDERFUL recipe!!

Basic British Scones

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2008
I Loved making these!!! They were SO easy and yummy that I make them often!! I like to make my cookies and muffins smaller, so for these scones I cut them out using a little medicine cup. They turned out really cute. I also split a batch I made and put butterscotch chip in half, and chocolate chips in the other!! Talk about good!!

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
I have made these twice in two days! I made them with pb cjips cause I did not have butterscotch chips. Then I made them with mint chips. WOW amazing stuff! You can really use whatever kind of chips. will continue to do so. I also had no marshmellows, so I used fluff. GOOD STUFF!!!! thanks for the recipe!
