Granola Blondies

Glazed Corned Beef

Best corned beef I've tasted! We always have corned beef on New Year's Day, even though it isn't my favorite. I will be using this recipe from now on! I did boil the brisket first, then glazed in the oven. Perfection!

Simple Scones

Delicious. I've made several batches: cranberry/orange, lemmon/poppyseed, date/nut. I use my kitchenaid, slice cold butter into the dry ingredients and let the mixer do all the work. Awesome scones!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Absolutely the best pumpkin bread I've had! I made two regular sized loaves and one was gone within an hour. The only changes I made were to use 1 cup brown sugar and 2 cups white sugar; and I increased the amount of spice. So moist and delicious, and made the house smell so good while baking!
