Major YUMMO! I followed the recipe ingredients exactly; however, I did leave it in oven about 5 extra minutes. Will definitely make this again!

YUMMO! This is a wonderful rich and dense chocolate cake. I baked this cake in a bundt pan and covered with Satiny Chocolate Glaze found on this website.

Easy Chicken Satay

Super easy and super yummy. Try basting the skewered chicken with some of the peanut sauce while it is grilling and serve the remainder of the sauce at tableside.

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
This was just "ok" for me...the sauce was too mustardy and, in my humble opinion, overwhelmed any of the other flavors going on with the dish. If you do make this recipe, halve the sauce ingredients as you will have more than enough for your dish.

Caramel Crispy Treats II

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
These were just ok. In my opinion, they did not live up to the 5 star reviews I read and doubt I will make again. Too bad because I LOVE Milk Way bars....

Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
Easy and delicious. I made twice in the same day and preferred the 2nd loaf as I used room temp dough and decreased oven temp to 350 and only cooked for 30 minutes. Office mates LOVED it and had two request the recipe!

Famous Butter Chicken

This was ok as written - chicken was very moist; however, it was a bit bland. I will be trying this recipe again but will add some additional spices.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2009
YUMMO! This is the ONLY potato soup I'll ever make again! Fast, easy and delicious - even my school aged boys eat it up (with some added bacon bits and cheese, of course!). I do omit the following ingredients called for in the recipe: celery (we don't care for it) and salt (the chicken granules provide more than enough sodium/salt taste to the soup). Give this recipe a try, you WON'T be disappointed.

Totally YUMMO! Everyone at the office (and home) LOVED them! Easy to make - followed the recipe exactly. Can't wait to try other variations (Nutter Butter, Chips A'hoy, Vanilla Wafers, etc).

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
Really delish...after reading reviews complaining about leaking swiss cheese, I decided to prepare a bit differently. After dredging pounded chicken in flour/paprika/garlic salt/pepper mixture, I pan "fried" both sides in butter and then placed chicken covered with ham slice and swiss cheese in baking dish for about 20 minutes. During this cooking time, I prepared sauce as described and then poured over chicken once served on plates. Really yummy!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
Delicious - reminiscent of a dish you might expect from a Chinese restaurant (think General Tso's chicken). I followed previous viewer's advice and lightly coated my chicken in flour/salt/pepper, then browned in a little oil on all sides in a saucepan. After draining chicken (from any excess oil), I threw it back in saucepan and added the premixed sauce ingredients (again taking other reviewer's advice and cutting ginger and hot sauce to 1/2 suggested measurement). The sauce thickened up nicely (because I doubled the suggested measurements, it wasn't really sticky) and was really delicious. Will definitely make this easy, quick and wonderful dish! Thanks!

Ho Ho Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2009
The overall taste was good although I was scared by the sample taste an hour after it was assembled (gets better overnight in fridge). If I make again, I would combine sugar in the flour/milk mixture to ensure that it "melts" so as to avoid the grainy texture if following original recipe directions. Still, the white "cream" middle layer does have a weird feel on the tongue and is rather bland but when combined with cake and chocolate glaze topping, somehow works. Mixed reviews (75% approval rating) from those who had a piece. Give it a try...

Szechwan Shrimp

This dish was just okay (I'm disappointed as I had high hopes). The heat was just fine but it just seems that something was missing from the sauce to make it more rich.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2009
Yummo! Made my own oreo crust (2/3 bag of oreos, 3 T room temp butter and 5 small peanut butter cups mixed in food processor for approx 20 seconds) for one of the pies and used pre-made graham cracker crust for the other pie. My office mates devoured them both but preferred the pie with the oreao crust.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
Yummo! The change I made (due to time constraints) was to combine all ingredients in the crock pot (plus a splash of wine to thin the sauce as it appeared very very thick) - cooked on low for 5 hours, served over egg noodles and...PERFECTION!
