Creme Brulee French Toast
I made this for my mother's day brunch...what a fabulous meal. I made turkey sausage also...YUMMO.....I followed other reviewers...melting butter in microwave, adding sugar and corny syrup and stirred...I also didn't let it sit overnight....I used 4 eggs 1/2 tsp orange extract and dipped the bread before putting it in the pan. I ate some of french bread loaf before making this dish so the pan wasn't packed tight. I had leftovers which I warmed up at work for breakfast on Mon and Tue....everyone was so jealous...gonna use grand marnier teeny size bottle next time....can't wait to make this again....OH SO GOOD!!!!!

Alienated Blueberry Muffins
I enjoyed these muffins. I only gave 4 stars because I made a few changes and that may have cause the issue. I used frozen blueberries, soy milk and butter. I let the blueberries thaw a bit before I coated them in the flour. I also left the muffins in the oven for a few minutes over the suggested time. But all in all they were good. I will make these again and increase the amounts so I could really end up with 24 normal size muffins instead of the 15 normal and 9 "mini" ones

Aunt Bev's Famous Apple Pie
This is a great recipe. I haven't made my classic recipe in over a decade (lost it). This was really easy and came out delicious. I used 3 granny smith apples instead but my apples were large and I barely fit the top crust on. At first with the spice mix I wasn't sure what to do. I coated the apples with it and threw in the butter but I had all this stuff left over so I just poured most of it into the apples. It was so yummy. I am trying to get rid of this pie before I eat the whole thing...only about 4 1/2 slices to go....been hiding it so I forget it is there...I am really thankful for allrecipes.com
