Parmesan Garlic Rolls
I thought they looked great, but I did follow others advice and decreased the salt. I'm disappointed I did--they needed it, in my opinion. Maybe that was all it needed, but some melted butter on top would have been nice, too.

Pork Chops with Apricot Rice
I made this a few years ago for company, and everyone gobbled it up and scraped the pan clean. I used dried cranberries instead of raisins for color. I haven't made it again because I don't really eat pork. But I think I will try to make the same/similar recipe with chicken. I know there are chicken/rice recipes which are cooked completely in the oven, and that seems simpler with less dishes.

English Quiche Lorraine
I made this last night for a picnic dinner. It was very moist and tasty. Something that should be noted was that the puff pastry had to thaw for 40 minutes, so that threw off my timing, but it worked out okay. I used turkey bacon and skim milk to cut back on fat.
