Dill and Butter Squash

This was so good. My 8 yr old and husband both liked it. I think with the amount of butter and dill, you might need to add a few more squash to the recipe. Delicious.

Classic Goulash

Thought this was very good, but the italian seasoning was overpowering. Will reduce the amount to half next time. Also added 3/4 cup red wine, green pepper. Yummo!
