Cube Steak Parmesan
I will definitely make this again! For the sake of time, I used what I had on hand. I did as others suggested and used seasoned bread crumbs instead of the cracker mixture and substituted jarred spaghetti sauce for the tomato sauce mixture. The end result was very tasty and a good alternative recipe for cube steak!

Best Brownies
This recipe was good. I agree with other posters that the most important aspect of this recipe is to NOT over-beat! If you follow the recipe as written and mix the brownies in the pan that you melt the butter in, you will be just fine. It takes just a couple of minutes to mix these up with a wooden spoon. With that said, I only gave the recipe 4 stars because I thought there was a lack of richness/depth of flavor. Perhaps the ratio of sugar to cocoa was off. Next time I will add more cocoa and will update my review.

Oaty Cereal Bars
I followed other reviews and substituted/added other ingredients (almonds, raisins), increased boil time to 2 minutes, and doubled the recipe. I had to end up cutting into 24 squares to reach a size my kids could finish at one sitting. Next time, I will feel comfortable using healthier cereal because the recipe is sweet enough without added sugar. Great recipe, thank you! These are our new school day breakfast bar! UPDATE: I made this recipe again and decided to try a 9x13 pan on a single recipe since the double recipe made a lot. I used Cheerios and all ingredients at the amount suggested and it did not make enough to fill the pan. I will now use an 8" for a single batch and 9x13 for a double.
