This was ok but kind of bland. After 2 cube steaks I had to make more cracker mix. Needed something

Asian Style Country Ribs

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
We loved this!!! I made a couple changes due to other comments. Added 1/4 cup of honey extra due to the comments and help balance the saltiness. Didnt have fresh ginger so used ground ginger powder and crushed red pepper (didnt have or know what Sriracha hot pepper sauce)and only used all olive oil--didnt have sesame oil. But we LOVED IT!! and will definitly make again!! Cooked on low for 7 hours and it was just falling apart! Made veggie fried rice to go with and the sauce blended with it and made it that much better! Going to try with chuck roast!

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
Very good and easy! I used my own homemade meatballs, so I didnt have as many as what the recipe called for. Used 1 can of each and 8 oz of s. cream. I also added fresh mushrooms for the last half hour. I sprinkled it with parm. cheese just to top it off. Might try to add a little cooking wine next time but will definitly make again.!

Shredded French Dip

I LOVE this and was sooooooooo easy!! I added a Tbsp of instant coffee to the broth. And broil toasted the inside of the roll in toaster oven and added a slice of provolone cheese--gave it crispy texture.

I loved this recipe--it was soooo easyy and very tasty. I added 1 more cup of water (I prefer a thin soup) and used mild Rotel tomatoes. My husband couldnt get enough either.
