Moroccan Tagine
Liked a whole bunch. Quick and easy, and would be just as good with sweet potato instead of butternut squash :)

Cinnamon Bread I
This came out so much better than I thought it would! It was sweeter than I expected (but I wouldnt ever cut down on the sugar). I used brown sugar for the topping and doubled it like other reviewers, and I also used half whole wheat flour which I think made it VERY nice. It has a fantastic crunchy sweet crust too. Would be great with raisins or applesauce in the mix, or butter or apple butter spread on top too.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II
My arm was about to fall off but finally thickened up. Tastes excellent, and I used half splenda instead of the sugar and did good with that. Probably stirred about 20 minutes before thickened, that's with cornstarch and with me bumping up the heat too. At one point it got clumpy (thought it might help to let it boil) but it smoothed right out, so very forgiving recipe. Thanks for sharing :)
