Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

This is just like what I remember my mom making when I was a kid. You just can not go wrong with this easy and delicious recipe. I doubled it for our family of six to have plenty for later (if it lasts that long). Thanks so much for sharing!! TIP #1: If you don't want that skin to form on top while cooling, place plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding after slightly cooling in pan from stove and you poured into a bowl to chill. TIP#2: Let cool on counter 10 min or so before chilling so you do not get condensation on the plastic wrap causing water on top of pudding. Remove slowly when chilled and enjoy:)

Faux-reos

Wow! Super easy and fast to put together. I followed the recipe without changes (rolled nickel size) and cooked 8 min for the perfect shaped and sized cookies. It made a TON! I used the faux-reo filling recipe with it to fill them. My son said they taste just like oreo cakesters. Thanks!

Faux-reo Filling

This stuff was so awesome! I used it in between the Faux-Reos cookies from here. It really made a lot of filling, enough to generously fill the cookies. I love it, thanks!

Irene's Barbeque Sauce

This was a tastey sauce! I wish I would have made more of it. I know next time to scale it up quite a bit. I used half red onion and half yellow. I also pulled the onions out so the kids could not see them. They were yummy by themselves. Thanks for the recipe:)

WOW! I really love this recipe!! My new go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe. I have made it twice in two days. Everyone raved over them. They are so easy and they just can't be beat for texture. Crispy outside and chewy inside. Not sure how they store because they don't last long enough. I was a little worried when I first made them because they seemed a bit dry when mixing together but they are fabulous!!! Must try them if you have not yet. Thanks for submitting it!!!

Five Minute Ice Cream

What a great and easy recipe. I used frozen peaches and it was so good. I needed to use some cream that I had and then had to go buy more to make more ice cream. It is that good. It is yummy with frozen or semi-frozen bananas too. They make it a yucky color but tastes great. It stores very well. I double the recipe for 6 people in my family. Thanks so much for the submission!

Ricotta Gnocchi

I too used a larger container of Ricotta...oops! Should have read the label. I just added a little more flour and kept everything else the same. I love garlic. How easy this was. My first time making Gnocchi and it was so awesome. I have never made a recipe from scratch that was so easy and fast for a MEAL. The sauce was wonderful as well. I hope everone tries this recipe. It is super, thanks for submitting it:) Next time I will double and try freezing some.

Sweet Marie Bars

These are awesome! I always double the recipe and use a 9x13 pan. They disappear in a flash. My kids and their friends love them. I store them in the fridge for a firmer texture. Great easy recipe for a snack in a hurry that pleases most anyone.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This was a simple to make and great tasting cookie. I made the dough the night before baking. I took out only portions at a time to roll out and kept the rest in fridge to keep firm. I made some as just plain sugar, some with colored sugar and frosted some. It is very easy to work with unilke others I ahve tried that stayso sticky. This is Keeper for sure.

Homemade Crescent Rolls

The taste of these rolls was fantastic and sweet. It was not quite a crescent texture, more like a roll, but I will definately make them again. Yummy! It makes a nice big amount for a large family. The leftovers stayed moist and tender.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

This was so good. I was surprised at how easy it really was and the taste was fabulous. It is tasty served cold with a hot cup of coffee. I did learn the hard way not to rush it...let it cool completely before filling. I tried the waxed papaer on the towel like suggested and it seemed to cause a bit of moisture from the heat against the towel. Next time I will only ise the dusted towel. Great recipe, thanks.

Golden Cheese Yeast Bread

I made this into the two loaves. I used metal pans and I think glass would have been better, they seem not to stick for me. I tore the loaves a bit trying to remove them. I also underbaked a bit which gave a bit of doughy cosistancy in the center. My fault there. It was very moist and stores well. I will make it again and would recommend it for practicing bakers like me:)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Baked Pepperoni Pasta Casserole

This was great! Simple to make and everyone liked it. I added the pepperoni in with the the venison burger I was using along with some garlic and onion powder and a bit of italian seasoning. I used a different brand of sauce because it was what I had. Aslo, I mixed in some cheese before topping with more cheese. Thanks so much for sharing, deffinately a keeper!!!!

Best Brownies

Nothing beats an easy recipe and you probably have everything on hand to make it with, too. Perfect! I loved the honey in the frosting. These are like the expensive gormet brownies my kids love from the coffee places. No cake like disappointment here, just rich fudgey satisfying brownies. Did not change one thing! Thanks for sharing.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Fantastic!! I can't believe I have been afraid to make toffee. This is such an easy recipe and it came out perfect the first time. It tastes like a Skor Candybar. Definately a holiday go to recipe. Thanks:)
