Chocolate Eclair Squares

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2010
Excellent & so easy. Perfect for summer gatherings too since it's light and you can make it healthier. Just use sugar free/fat free pudding, lite whipped topping & the reduced sugar Nilla wafers. This gets rave reviews wherever I've taken it & I've had to email the recipe to people.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
I took into account what other posters suggested about the flavor so I added a few more seasonings and such. Oh my gosh-the most moist, flavorful pork chops I have EVER made! And typically my husband NEEDS a gravy or sauce of some sort and I usually hate gravy/sauce. This time I LOVED the sauce and my husband refused to put any on because, in his words, "they're so moist and flavorful, they don't need the sauce." Putting this in my favorite recipes box. Will make again!

Quick Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2008
I do a slight variation of the recipe in that I don't add the mac & cheese. That also allows me to just throw the rest of the ingredients together, toss in the microwave for about 5 minutes (or until heated through) and voila. From start to finish you've maybe invested 10 minutes, if that.

Really Easy Chowder

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2008
This recipe truly was easy and very tasty! I took the advice of the others and added some garlic powder and instead of the celery I put in onions (I just don't personally care for cooked celery). I would make this again in a heartbeat!

Mandarin Orange Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2008
Not only was this recipe super easy but it looks gorgeous. I've made this several times now for various events and it's always been a big hit. Personally, I recommend refrigerating it overnight before serving. It allows the juices from the oranges and pineapple to sink in and it makes the cake almost seem like a very tasty pound cake-yum!!

Simply Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
Not only was this recipe super easy and quick but my hubby even told me I could make it again and he's not a fan of chicken breasts (unless doused in lots of BBQ sauce). I made the recipe as written. I can only imagine if you take the other suggestions of spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese that it would be even tastier. A+++++

Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
I agree that I would cut the amount of onions in half (and I usually love onion) but otherwise it was super simple and it should be a real crowd pleaser at my daughter's baptism party this weekend. Thanks for sharing, fellow Wisconsinite!!
