Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2013
I used fat free half and half and low fat cream of chicken soup, I also added more hot sauce(we like it spicy!). I spinkled the blue cheese on each individual bowl instead of mixing it in (everyone likes different amounts)....Loved it! Will be making it again!

Chicken Cotija

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2012
Made this as written....it was just a tad salty and definetly could have used some heat. I served it with mexican rice and a green salad. The next time I make this I am going to add some hot sauce and use my own spices instead of the packet to cut down on the salt....thinking about trying it out in the crockpot as well.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
These Brownies were perfect! I followed the recipe exactly I added a small amount of instant coffee. I left the frosting off they didnt need it. They came out dense,& moist exactly how a brownie should be. They were not "cakey" at all.....The most important thing to remeber is do not over mix your batter...to much air incorperated into the eggs will cause your brownies to be "cakey".

Traditional Osso Buco

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
I cannot describe how good this was! The only change I made was I used red wine instead of white (it was all I had) I Used 1 cup each of finely diced onion carrot and celery(needed to use them up) and a little extra garlic . Instead of cooking it on the stove top I put it in the crockpot....worked wonderfully!

Chicken Stuffed Peppers with Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
This was wonderful! I baked the chicken instead of frying it in oil to lighten it up. I also Made my own enchilada sauce (not a fan of chocolate based sauce). It was extremely easy to put together and the results were outstanding...will be playing with the filling just for some intereting variations (chili verde perhaps). Thanks for the recipe will be enjoying this one over and over!
