Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2013
I did everything wrong and it still came out great. I forgot to leave the bread out overnight (I used 6 slices of italian bread - the kind for sandwiches)so I lightly toasted it. I only had skim milk so I used that - I only used 3 eggs because someone said it tasted eggy with 4 and I forgot the raisins. I was shocked when I tasted it and it was delicious. Thank you so much for a great recipe.

Creamy Herbed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2014
I hate when people rate then change the recipe. I made it exactly as written "but" I only had thin bone in pork chops - cooked them for half the time and the flavor of this gravy was incredible. I also made mashed potatoes to go with the gravy and my boyfriend responded over and over again 'this is good' 'this is reallyyyyy good'. I had to agree so this is going into my recipe box under~ fit for company~. Thank you so much Cassie for a great recipe.
