Habanero Hellfire Chili

Awesome. took this to Church for a potluck and several said it was the best chili they ever had. I left out the beer. Also used spicy V8 for most liquid.

Chicken Caesar Pitas

I planned on following the exact recipe, but bought flat bread by accident, so I decided to make pizzas....mmmmmmm! I chopped the chicken then mixed it with the dressing and topped the flatbread added the cheese and baked. My picky son even liked it (without the lettuce of course) I will do this again and will bake a little longer, I liked the edges that got a little crispy! also did not have rosemary so I left it out. I WILL FIX THIS AGAIN and will try the pocket thing too maybe? idk? it was sooo yummy this way :) did the chicken exact and was surprise how moist it turned out. I let it completely cool before cutting.

Baked Kale Chips

Man these are so good. I made them last night with dinner. We were very surprised. I used cooking spray, salt and some minced garlic. Cooked some for lunch in the toaster oven today too :)

Pumpkin Carrot Swirl Bars

These were very good. Next time I'll probably add more cream cheese topping. More "cake like" than bars. Baked only 24 minutes. Surprised that no one has reviewed these yet, maybe it is because of the carrots, but they make them moist. I used a small food processer to quickly shred them. You do not noticed them.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Yummy, My hubby made them this weekend, I was unsure of chocolate & pumpkin, but the were GREAT. I like them warm and heated the leftovers up in the micro. hubby & son like them cold. will make again!

Mexican Baked Fish

This was very yummy. At the thought of it, my hubby was a little unsure.... mexican fish? But he liked it and so did my 8 year old (I only put a little bit of very mild salsa on his) I will definately fix this agian

Sweet Spicy Wings

Man, these are AWESOME. we bake ours @425 for about 45 minutes dip in sauce then bake again about 15 and dip again and bake about 10 more. MMM good. this gives it a more crusty skin. I save sauce for more dipping. I also add more cayenne, we like it hot
