Artichoke Chicken
This was SO EASY. I had frozen breasts, and I cooked them with this recipe, still frozen. I used a baking stone (9x9) and baked for about 45 minutes (partly because I got distracted). They were moist, very flavorful, cooked well and a BIG hit. I also used the 1/2 mayo 1/2 sour cream mix, and fresh minced garlic. Yum
