This was actually really really delicious. I used a 3 lb frozen turkey breast that I thawed, rinsed, and then patted dry. I rubbed olive oil all over it and then rubbed the onion soup mix all over it. I poured 1.5 cups of chicken broth in the crock pot, put the turkey in, and then surrounded it with a sliced up yellow onion. Cooked it on high for 30 minutes and then on low for another 6 hours. It was absolutely the very best thing ever. It completely fell apart when we sliced it and the entire thing was SO moist, juicy, and flavorful. It disappeared!
