My favorite things to cook
Mashed potatoes made with earth balance spread and coconut milk, topped with fresh mushrooms,onions and garlic in veggie gravy. General Tso's tofu. Veggie sushi. Veggie stir fry. Summer squash over rice w a tikka masala sauce. Vegan Burritos w extra fresh cilantro. Falafal. Mac and ChReese(non dairy mac n cheese) w fresh raw broccoli. Vegan Spaghetti w textured veggie protien crumbles and fake parmasan. I eat honey. I try not to eat eggs but sometimes give in for cookies. I don't eat dairy. I'm not a vegan, but I eat vegan food.

Chewiest Brownies
This is exactly what I was looking for! I did cut back to 3/4 cups of cocoa powder though. I used all organic ingredients so maybe that's why I thought it seemed like enough cocoa at 3/4. I added it 1/4 a time. These were the best chewie brownies ever! I don't like cakey brownies, if I wanted cake I would make a cake! These are the best! Thank you so much for this recipe : )

The Best Banana Bread
AWESOME bread! I used organic butter instead of margerine though. Actually, I used ALL organic ingredients. Unrefined organic sugar and all it was the best banana bread ever. I also threw in a few Pecans and did a crumb top, it was evil in the words of my boyfriend lol.

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes
This was Amazing! I did add a lot of garlic, about 5 cloves, and extra garbanzo's. I also used rainbow swiss chard instead of red. I replaced the Olive oil with Coconut oil too. I steamed my veggies as well, except the beans. For the beans I used dried and cooked them ahead of time as they do take awhile. Then I combined it all together on the stove top in a pan with the coconut oil and garlic and tomato just until hot. I will certainly make this again : )
