Egg White Sugar Mold

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
i gave this a 4 star rating, b/c i changed the recipe alot. but thought it might be helpful to those who have problems with the sugar holding together... i used one whipped egg white, 3.5 C sugar, .5 C powdered sugar and it held together beautifully! it seems too dry at first, but just keep mixing and it comes together!

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
these were pretty tasty, but did make a few changes. used fresh, not frozen, spinach. added more salt, pepper, ground cayenne, and minced garlic. skipped the butter and used a tablespoon of olive oil to cut down on amount of fat. used sharp cheddar instead of mozzarella. very satisfying for breakfast or lunch and a good recipe to play around with!

Fudge Chunk Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
We loved these brownies! I omitted pecans b/c we don't care for nuts in our brownies. Also, I only had 2 oz. of semi-sweet chips so I had to use the other 2 oz. as white chocolate! Delicious! If you like a fudgey, rich brownie try this one!

SOOOOO good! Just follow the recipe exactly and you can't miss! I have tried coffee instead of the water and it's equally good, just a little richer!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
I left out the onions b/c of personal preference. I did add alot more spices...chili powder, garlic, worstechire sauce, a little A1, etc. I think they can use the extra kick but are very delicious!

Creamy White Wine Sauce

Very good base sauce. I would definitely add some extra spices of your liking though, as it is a little plain for my tastes by itself! Very rich and creamy though!
