I love to cook! By far and away my top hobby and past time! I grew up around a few excellent cooks and bakers who were eager to teach me all of their delightful cooking techniques! I love baking: pies, pastries, cakes, cookies, anything that's sweet and needs to be baked! I also love experimenting with gravies and cream sauces for different meats and pastas! Half Italian-half French girl here, what do you expect!!! Homemade cookies and pies of all sorts! Also, homemade ravioli, gnocchi, pesto sauce, and all sorts of Italian dishes. I have cooked for several small dinner parties and cocktail parties, as well as making cakes and pies for family get-togethers! All have been huge successes and I can't wait to do more! None yet!!!
