Steamed Lobster Tails

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
I followed the suggestions of others and cooked 3 - 4 oz lobster tails for about 6 minutes. They came out perfect! Not rubbery at all. This is a keeper.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2011
My pork chops were out of this world! Everyone raved about them and couldn't get enough! I did what someone suggested by using a can of pie filling, some butter, covered them with foil and baked them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes, put the pecans and a little bit of brown sugar, and Wha La!! SO DELICIOUS!! and I'm not a fan of pork chops!! I will be making this again.

Apple and Brown Sugar Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
I usually don't try recipes with only 3 reviews, and I was leery when I read the ingredients, but it was awesome!! I would give it more stars if I could. I cooked it on the stove and I only had 1 - 3lb corned beef brisket, so I halved the vegetables but kept the liquid, brown sugar and mustard measurements the same.

Creamy Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2009
This is awesome! I used cream of chicken & mushroom soup along with 1/3 cup sour cream. My husband and mom loved it! And my mom is a former Home Economics Teacher so for her to say it was really good would be like giving this recipe 10 stars.

Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
My husband wanted homemade Cranberry sauce instead of the canned kind. I don't like cranberry sauce, but after trying this, it was really good.

Sugar Cookie Icing

This is really sweet if you taste it by itself, but frost sugar cookies with it and it's the best!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
These are the best! Alone they aren't too sweet, but I took the suggestion and frosted them with the Sugar Cookie Frosting found on this site. My husband loved them and ate most of them. This is a keeper!

These are great cookies! I didn't have any raisins, so I used some dried cranberries I had on hand. I definitely will make this again!

Beer Battered Onion Rings

This is a good base to start with, the best one I have tried so far. It was a little bland so next time I will increase the seasonings. Great recipe to experiment with!

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two

This recipe makes the beef ribs so tender and juicy! The meat fell off the bones. I will not worry about buying beef ribs again with this recipe!

Best Ever Caramel Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
Oh my goodness, this is soooooooo good! I used the vanilla pudding suggested by one of the reviews. I took it to a picnic and everyone raved over it! I used about 3/4 jar of the caramel topping over the apples and only used 1/2 the crumble mixture. It is really rich, I will cut the sugar in the apples next time. Use the vanilla pudding instead of flour, it's great!
