To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Wow. These are amazing. I read through a few reviews - here's my version - the ingredients as listed plus 1 extra Tbsp milk, 1 extra Tbsp oil, and 1/2 tsp pure almond extract to the liquid part. Be sure to mix ONLY to the point of blending the liquid and dry ingredients. I used frozen blueberries and used 2/3 cup (I have little kids, they'll freak out if there's too much in there). Had way too much streusel topping, but saved the rest for my next batch! Baked at 400 for 18 minutes and they are truly "to die for!"

Dressing for Potato Salad
This recipe helped make my first try at potato salad a hit for our Memorial Day cookout. It would have been nice to know that a double batch was needed for a 5# bag of potatoes, and if you like "plain" potato salad, this is fine, but I like mine with some kick, so I need to find some things to spice it up a bit.
