This was my first ever home-made bread, and it turned out so beautifully. I followed the recipe exactly. The bread was subtly sweet with a hint of the butternut squash flavor. I don't think I've ever eaten this much bread this fast. Thank you!

Sausage, Peppers and Onions

Just what I was looking for as a quick and easy meal for the whole family. Luckily I had all the ingredients right in my fridge. Husband wolfed it down and the 2-yr old loved it too. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cornmeal-Crusted Catfish

I did exactly as the recipe called for, also used author's suggestion for breading. It was so easy to make, so tender, and so flavorful. Husband said it was the best catfish he's ever had (he grew up in the south where catfish is a regular dish).
