About this Cook
I am a mother of two daughters, a wife, and I am also a freelance artist and musician. I enjoy yoga, weight training and jogging (when I have time) and taking long walks around my beautiful town with my family. I am an uber music fan and I can't go a day without singing or listening to something. I also love photography and of course...cooking/baking.
My favorite things to cook
I love Italian food so that is what I tend to be better at. I love anything challenging. Pasta dishes, hearty soups and chili, various chicken dishes, and the occasional pie or batch of cookies are my specialities. Stir fry and Asian food is also fun and delicious.
My cooking triumphs
I made an amazing turkey for christmas this year. Picture perfect and juicy!
My cooking tragedies
I haven't had one that really sticks out but most of the failures are baking related.

Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze
The best chocolate frosting I've ever had!!!!!

Vanilla Glaze
I took the suggestion of some other people and added 3 tablespoons of milk instead of 2.5 teaspoons, and it turned ot great! So tasty. I used it on top of Lemon Bars instead of plain powdered sugar and they were awesome. Great recipe!

Vegan Pancakes
Awesome! I ran out of eggs but my kids wanted pancakes so I checked the site for vegan pancakes...I'm so glad I did! These are fantastic! However, mine are not vegan because I added MILK instead of water to give them a nice fluffy texture and golden brown color. This recipe is great!
