Miss Bettie's Zesty Grilled Corn
Really good; followed recipe to a T but then I made 3 with all ingredients but omitted lemon pepper and put in 2 tsp lemon juice and freshly grated black pepper. I also added 1/2 dijon and 1/2 yellow mustard. Loved both of them I just found the lemon juice less pronounced and the dijon added a little kick. I will say that I thought how much would a "dash" of pepper sauce show up and i will tell you it works and you only need a dash! Will definetly make again

Braided Egg Bread
OH I am soooooo happy with how it turned out! Impressed everyone. I made 2 loaves, a pan of rolls, and some pigs in a blanket (just took a pack of hot dogs and rolled dough thin and then enclosed the hot dog) I cooked them all at the same time but took the rolls out at 35 minutes and the pigs in a blanket out at 40 minutes. I am uploading photos so you can see how proud I am!

Fiesta Chicken Casserole
I followed the recipe and everyone loved it. The following week I decided to do my own thing and it was a HIT! I used 3 boxes of cornbread mix(just followed the instructions on the box and poured it on top) I used 2 cans of corn and some leftover chicken and it was a hit. I will say that you have to let it cook for about an hour and ten minutes to get the cornbread to cook all the way through. I was afraid it would burn but it came out great-definetly making again
