Slow-Cooked Chili

I bought the ingredients and left the recipe for husband to put together and it was wonderful and he said that he might start cooking more since it is so simple!

This was not what I expected. It was not awful and I would make it again. I would use white onion instead of the green next time. I will make with out the tortillas and serve with them on the side or chips. I think it would make a wonderfule dip or stuffing for the tortilla.

Creamy Chicken Pasta

This was somewhat bland but the family liked it. I guess I need to claify what the family is my husband, me and our 2 year old. It was a hit with the 2 year old.
