Gary's recipe and i changed it up some.Was great. I added one yellow onion, 5 garlic cloves and sauted them in butter with the mushroom steams. Spiced up the mix with some cajun spice. used 6 oz real crab and 12 0z imitation crab. worked great, had to cook for 25 min. then topped with cheese, was not dry and plenty of flavor.
