Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Yumm, I through two breast and two thigh leg combos in there and it turned out great, once it was done cooking the meat just fell off the bone so I was able to shred it. I used a 12 oz bottle and had plenty of sauce. I served it at a pot luck and it went over really well the only thing I would do differently is label it because of wimps. lol

Country Scones

My first attempt at making scones and they were fantastic. I didn't have sour cream so I used non fat greek yogurt instead, which was awesome. I made my plane then served them with all day apple butter from the site.

Butterscotch Oatmeal

I just made it for my family and they loved it! I did reduce the sugar to 1/4 cup as suggested in other reviews I also used to 2 egg whites instead of 1 egg and 1/2 a tbsp butter. Then I put a 1 tsp of ground flaxseed in to boost nutritional value.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Our corned beef came out so tender and yummy. I've made several corned beefs in the past including in my crock pot but this was the best one by far.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ohh so yummy. They are super and rich and delicous. I think I over baked mine though their crispy on the bottoms and not as chewy as I thought. My 9 yr old son thought they rocked

Wonton Soup

Fantastic! I could eat every night of the week. I did add an egg into the meat mixture to help keep together. I also cooked the wontons in a sepperet pot of salted boiling water. I do suggest if you cook wontons sepperatly to make sure you drain the cooking liquid completly before adding to the stock or the broth will turn out bland.

Chinese Chicken Salad III

Yummy a home run!! I did add a red pepper and mandrinn oranges. I was afraid the chicken would be bland with out a marinade but it would of been to much if had anythingelse other than salt and pepper on it.

Dumplings

Won't lie I use to like bisquick dumplings, but now I've seen the light. I had every thing on hand and they came out so light and fluffy. I doubled a batch for a family of five and we only had one dumpling left over. They also left my 8yr old daughter singing there praises.

Garlic Baked Potato

my husband doesn't like potatoes and he realy enjoyed these. I like butter and sour cream but my hubby liked them plain. I think that part of butter or none is really a matter of opion.

French Bread

Fantasticly Delish! I don't have a bread maker so I made it according to fat-dog-lane's dirrections and it came out beautifuly my son stuffed him self with four slices before he was cut off. I also baked it on my pizza stone and it worked awesome

Moroccan Chicken and Whole Grain Couscous

I've made this a few times I leave out 2 cups of the broth then add one cup coconut milk to make it super special. I also leave out the chick peas for personal taste. Still a total keeper.

Chocolate Banana Bread

This bread is fantastic! The bannana flavor does not get lost as long as you use fulley rippened bannanas. It so moist and flavorfuly! The recipie is a defenit keeper.

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

This was realy yummy! I didn't have broth on hand so I used bullioun granells wich worked well, but was a little salty for me. So next time I will use the broth. I served it with home made french bread wich made it a complete and filling meal.

Italian Pinwheel Rolls

Wholy cow these are supper yummy. I made these to eat with Zuppa Toscanna soup form the site they were so awesome. We finaly had to cut our 8 and 9 yr old off,they loved them so much. My son said he would eat them until he exploded.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
